She has designed and runs her own coaching program called "Coaching: Strategy of Success" at the Executive MBA program at Presidential Academy of National Economy.

In 2005 World Bank Publishing published a book called State Administration in XXI Century: Concepts, Methods, and Technologies. Natalia Dolina was one of co-authors of this book. In collaboration with her colleagues she also wrote a book called Theory and Practice of Management: New Approaches.
