PROGRAM CONTENT(English / Russian in accordance with the nationality of coach) 1. MODULE: PRINCIPLES AND PHILOSOPHY OF COACHING In the introductory module participants of the program will learn about principles and approaches of coaching, how coaching influences person's efficiency, and begin to practice basic coaching skills.
Iceberg Model 2. MODULE: COACH'S COMPETENCES The main goal of this module is to learn competences of a professional coach as they are recognized by ICF (International Coach Federation), as well as to develop the skills mastered at Module 1 and further learn advanced techniques of how to handle coaching conversations.
Direct Communication
Participants of this module will learn the most efficient and time proven techniques of coaching and begin to practice them. The main objective of this module is to experience all coaching techniques discovering your own unique coaching style and clarifying your long-term life and career goals.
Values – what do you care about?
The main goal of the final module is to help the participants to integrate new knowledge and skills in their management style. The final module also includes working with group requests which are based on the most important and urgent topics and issues of the group that have been identified over the course of study and practice. Experienced coaches of the program will speak about specific aspects and development opportunities in coaching.
