Coaching of the personnel

The critical issue for majority of the companies is to raise efficiency of their business.  Since not capital, but   talent has long ago become the source of successful business , the efficiency of business depends directly on optimal use of company employees' talent.

Today's shift from the power of capital to the power of talents made a push to the fundamental shift of leadership paradigm: from leader as an organizer of process to the leader as a coach of talents, Leader  as a Couch ("coach" means  trainer).

METHOD OF TEACHING:
Explanation of philosophy and methods by trainers of the programme. Demonstration of techniques and tools. Demo-sessions with programme participants and discussions.  Discussing the real business situations of participants. Practicing the skills among participants of the programme. Support and feedback from the manager, trainers and couches of the program as well as from other participants.  Practice and training from module to module at the workplace. Online communication (questions and answers) with trainers and coaches of the program.

 

PRINCIPLES OF PROGRAMME ORGANIZATION:

1)  Based on preliminary interviews with leaders and HR specialists of the client we adapt our basic coaching training Program for the tasks and challenges of a particular company.

2) For each specific corporate project from our extensive database of the best international coaching trainers and Executive coaches we select those who are the most consistent with objectives of the client.

3) We provide training, coaching support and overall service in Russian (if necessary).

4) We take care of all organizational activities related to implementation of coaching training Program for the personnel of the client company.

5) At request of the client the Program participants can take an exam for professional international certificate of coach. In this case our specialists organize an oral and written examination for participants.
