METHOD OF TEACHING:

1) Based on preliminary interviews with leaders and HR specialists of the client we adapt our basic coaching training Program for the tasks and challenges of a particular company.
2) For each specific corporate project from our extensive database of the best international coaching trainers and Executive coaches we select those who are the most consistent with objectives of the client.
3) We provide training, coaching support and overall service in Russian (if necessary).
4) We take care of all organizational activities related to implementation of coaching training Program for the personnel of the client company.
5) At request of the client the Program participants can take an exam for professional international certificate of coach. In this case our specialists organize an oral and written examination for participants.
